I don’t recall how I found bidbus.. but boy am I glad I did! It was probably the smoothest experience I have ever had selling my van. Totally stress free, efficient, GREAT communication, and everything was done using my phone! I landed with an offer that I knew was a bit of a stretch, but they helped make it happen! The buyer actually reached out to sell to them directly next time, but I think I would happily pay bidbus their fee to have them be an advocate on my behalf next time around as well. Bidbus let me sell my car at a price higher than KBB, Carmax and most other places and in no time. The process was easy to follow and I was able to do everything using my phone. Once my car was sold, all I had to do was take it to the dealer with the documentation and settle up the difference with the dealer. Highly recommend using bidbus for selling your car 🚗

Carvana gave me a quote of $33,000 for my tesla 2025 Model Y Long Range RWD, I didnt want to go through facebook marketplace and deal with fraud or shady buyers, I found bidbus through chatgpt, the service is excellent, was able to sell my car for $37,600. dropping the car off at the dealership, i was concerned about the inspection process nickel and diming me, but no, it was straightforward and i received a cashier's check in less than an hour. tbh the dealership process gave me some concerns because bidbus is out of the picture, but available for support, but i had a good experience with the dealership. so i basically got $4600 more than carvana offered, carvana will be run out of business once bidbus expands to more states, great experience, great results, the online auction was really cool to watch dealerships bid on the car, i ended up with 30+ bids. i would suggest they have more features like ratings for the dealerships in their app, i checked google maps and received bad reviews about the dealerships, users need that sense of security and comfort with whi they're dealing with, i would even add number of bids won by said dealership, average payout as a percentage of auction price, this obviously varies with the car's reporting on condition and actual condition, and overall reputation, like i would rate my dealership 5 stars. also there should be some more faq's about the dealerships process, when to give title, what paperwork to expect, but most of this goes away with user ratings. thanks bidbus, good luck!

First time put my car online bidding. Did online quote by CarM** and drive**y which gave my 2018 Elite odyssey 15000-15500. Bidbus recommendation is 17000 minimum selling price and I got much better bidding price 17900! They charged me 300 service fee after successfully bidding and it really worth trying. Only thing is I have to deliver my car to dealer. Since I disclosed everything any scratch and minor problems so the buyer dealer paid me exactly what they bid 17900 via overnight FedEx.
I was so pleasantly surprised by this whole process. The Bid Bus team was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Once I made a decision to sell my Tesla, I went with Bidbus to make the process as easy as possible and to fully understand the “true” value of what the car was worth. It only took about 20 minutes to take and upload pictures and complete the forms and then sat back and let the auction happen. Bidbus was in communication throughout and very helpful with any and all questions. Dealership drop off was easy. They did an inspection and checked to make sure the car was in the condition I reported and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. If I ever plan to sell a car again, I will do so through Bidbus.
